Job Position	Job Requirements	Qualification
R&D Executive	To carry out formulation improvement, involve in new product development and sensory test to provide solution for improving product quality. Identifying, documenting, reviewing design specification requirements and ensure producible with the company capability for the proposed production. Deriving, reviewing, formulation and documenting design inputs. Prepares and present design and substantiates decision with data from tests / evaluations or calculations. Dealt with external parties in relation with new product development such as material suppliers, external laboratories, government agencies, product certification body and etc.	Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, in Engineering (Industrial) / Chemical / Science – Chemistry or equivalent with related working experience. At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required. Must be computer literate, knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PPT and e-mailing are essential. Possess good analytical skills. Possess excellent interpersonal skill, communication, leadership and management skills with people of varied background & experiences. Able to perform under pressure. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
